The Artists Contract:

This is a FREE contract that allows artists to utilize the "Virtual Gallery".

The Contract:

 

The artist receives a FREE page which allows them to display their best piece of art.

 

To get your free page, send an email with:

Picture of the piece, The 5 Criteria & Your Contact Information. The picture of the piece, must be a jpg file.

 

1. The title of the piece

2. The the year the piece was made

3. Your desired price

4. The name of the artist

5. Size of the piece (dimensions)

 

To complete the contract copy and paste the criteria into your email, answer the questions and leave your contact information, Address & Phone Number.

This is your e-contract and is kept on file to reach you when your art work is sold & the address is for mailing purposes.

 

The price of the art work is split 40/60. The artist receives 60 % of the sale and COMAS receives 40 percent. If the artist makes an "on the spot" sale the artist keeps 90 % of the sale and COMAS receives 10%.

Once a piece is sold, that work is taken down and the artist may put up a new piece of artwork, continung the process.
